Before you can start using your new 2023 Marketplace coverage, you have to pay your first premium. Your premium is the amount you pay every month directly to the health insurance company (not the Marketplace).

If you can’t pay online, your insurance company should have given you instructions. If they didn’t, reach out to them.
If you’re not sure you paid, check your online Marketplace account to find out if your coverage is active.
