I just had to update a lender on a home policy. To do that, you do not endorse the policy, you must choose the option “Update Billing Info” from the menu on the left side marked “I Need to…”

Then you choose from the drop down “Change Payment Method.” Requestor and Source will both be “Agent.” 

From there, you delete the old lender and add the new one. When you’ve submitted the change, from the overview page of the policy you’ll see policy history with what you did. At the end of that line, you can print the document for the lender.

Did you know…?

• All you need to do is dial 888 325 1190 for help on 360n quotes, system, underwriting, claims, etc?
• That Nat Gen 360 will allow any Dog breed?
• That Nat Gen will accept some Kia’s and Hyundai’s if they have been updated (call Underwriting for clearance)?
• All of our property coverage is replacement cost?  (no need to check a box to select RC)
• We will write a roof up to 15 years of age?  The coverage is replacement cost and we DO NOT REDUCE or change that as the roof gets older?
• We will insure a Builders Risk (new home under construction)?
• We can use split effective dates for a property/auto package?
