We are excited to announce the launch of the new National General app for iOS and Android devices for Custom360 policyholders!*


Through our new app, customers have the power to control their policy from their phone and conveniently maintain their account without calling their agent. The clean, simple interface makes it easy for customers to:

  • Pay their bill.
  • View policy details, including information about the people and vehicles currently covered.
  • Update their contact information.
  • Find their agent’s contact information.
  • Contact the Claim Service Team with one click.
  • View and digitally sign new business policy documents.
  • Access their digital ID card. 

Additional features are already in development, and will be announced once they’re available.

Download the National General app today

Beginning today, you can search the Google Play Store and the App Store for “National General.”
Look for the app with the logo shown to the left, and install it on your device.
You can also click the buttons below to download the app from your preferred store. 

Please note, you must have a NatGen policy number to register and log in.

*The National General mobile app is currently only available for Specialty Vehicle products and Custom360 insureds. We will continue to update you on our progress towards launching mobile apps for our other brands.
