Since this agency took over for my prior agent a few years ago, I have been unable to get any kind of e-mail or voicemail support. The couple of times I have spoken to reps they have been unhelpful and/or talked down to me so I prefer to not waste time and/or energy speaking with them.

Submitting forms via the ERIE website leads to no response, and submitting forms on the agency associates website results in a “error; please try again” alert every time I try to reach them.

Their customer-first service model should allow for electronic communication in 2024.

I approached Agency Associates about a month before my insurance was set to expire. They worked very hard to get all the information they needed and put things together ahead of the deadline. We got it done just in time, and I'm fully insured at a fair price. The people I worked with were extremely courteous and professional. Other than being a little panicked at the end, they made the process pretty much painless

Great experience with this Insurance Agency. Beech was very knowledgeable and explained each tier of coverage and the associated cost. For the first time in a long time, I actually felt like a customer and not revenue.

Corrine found me some excellent auto and motorcycle insurance rates (almost half my current cost, with similar/better coverage!) and patiently answered my questions. I wish I would've shopped around for auto insurance years ago!
